The 2025 NFL Draft is less than 18 days away, and the Eagles, like 31 other teams across the league, are starting to assess potential blockbuster trades that can maximize the value of a deep pool of prospects.
It was initially thought that two or three quarterbacks would be taken in the first round, but it appears that Jaxson Dart and Jalen Milroe could sneak into the first 32 picks.

The Ole Miss quarterback was among those who met with Pittsburgh on Friday in a top 30 predraft visit. Most predict Dart to be selected in the late first or early second rounds of the April 24-26 draft. The Steelers are exploring options for their quarterback of the future and hold the No. 21 overall selection. As it stands now, they do not have a second-round pick.
Dart is generally regarded as the third-best quarterback in what is mainly considered a mediocre quarterback class. The 6-foot-2, 223-pound Dart began his career as a freshman starting at Southern Cal but spent the past three seasons at Ole Miss. In 2024, Dart was named first-team all-SEC after leading the nation in yards per attempt (10.8) and amassing the third-most passing yards (4,279).
He could have company in the first round after it was revealed that Jalen Milroe accepted an invite to the draft, signaling strong interest in his talents.
Milroe, a redshirt junior and Alabama’s starter the past two years, finished sixth in the Heisman Trophy balloting a year ago and played an integral role in Alabama’s winning the SEC championship and reaching the College Football Playoff.

During an up-and-down 2024 season, Milroe passed for 2,844 yards and 16 touchdowns but also threw 11 interceptions. A dynamic running threat, Milroe led Alabama with 726 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns, ranking second nationally among quarterbacks. His 33 career rushing touchdowns are tied for eighth in Alabama history.
With Milroe accepting a draft invite and Dart moving up draft boards, we’re looking at an exciting first-round mock draft complete with several trades.

1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami
After witnessing a dazzling Pro Day performance, the Titans stand pat at No. 1 overall and ultimately decide on Miami quarterback Cam Ward over Penn State’s Abdul Carter and Colorado’s Travis Hunter. Ward is the best quarterback in an otherwise lackluster class and should be a Day 1 starter.

Cleveland has spent plenty of time with Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders, but any rebuild has to start on defense, and with a pass rusher to pair with Myles Garrett. Carter was named a 2024 unanimous All-American and Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year after leading the FBS in tackles for loss with 24. Carter also recorded the third-most pressures (66) and seventh-most sacks (12) in the FBS last season. Medical tests at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine revealed that Carter has a stress reaction in his right foot, but it’s unknown how this issue will affect his draft stock — or his chances of going No. 1 overall.
3. New York Giants: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
A quarterback sits at the top of the Giants’ list, and Sanders has been seeking out the bright lights and big city for months now. Sanders had impressive numbers in 2024, completing 74 percent of his passes for 4,134 yards.
4. New England Patriots: Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado
Any dramatic improvement for the Patriots would start with a more dynamic offense and weapons for second-year star quarterback Drake Maye. The Heisman Trophy winner is a natural playmaker with elite ball skills, catching 96 passes for 1,258 yards and 15 scores last season. He’ll be a star paired with Stefon Diggs, and he could be used as a part-time cornerback on the other side of the ball, with Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis III as the two full-time starters.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
The Jaguars need an impact player in the middle of their defense, and Graham makes perfect sense. Graham racked up 26 pressures and 14 run stops last season. The 6-foot-3 and 320-pound Graham earned first-team All-Big Ten honors again in 2024 after posting career highs in total tackles (45) and sacks (3.5). He also had at least seven tackles for loss in his second consecutive season.
6. Chicago Bears: Will Campbell, OL, LSU

With Chicago looking to build elite talent in the trenches to protect quarterback Caleb Williams, the team trades a second-round pick to Las Vegas to land the draft’s best talent. During Campbell’s 37 games at LSU, he allowed only 45 pressures and only three sacks, with one coming in his first game and one coming in his last game. Campbell was awarded LSU’s coveted No. 7 this year, which is given by the coaching staff each season to the player deemed the team’s best playmaker (because of NCAA rules, Campbell wore No. 66 with a No. 7 patch on his jersey).
7. New York Jets: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
After signing Justin Fields to a contract, the Jets take steps to protect their new franchise quarterback.
8. Carolina Panthers: Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
The Panthers added an All-American cornerback after inking Jaycee Horn into a historic deal. Barron is one of the most instinctive players in the entire class, and his versatility would give Carolina options.
9. New Orleans Saints: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
McMillan is ranked by ESPN’s Mel Kiper as the No. 2 WR prospect for the draft and No. 11 overall. McMillan continued to produce even as the Wildcats struggled to a 4-8 record, finishing top five nationally with 84 catches and 1,319 yards receiving to earn first-team AP All-Big 12 honors.

He is Arizona’s all-time leader in receiving yards, finishing with 3,423 in three seasons.
10. Las Vegas Raiders: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Trade details: Raiders get: 1-10, 2-41 Bears get: 1-6, 4-108
After swapping picks, Las Vegas gets a much-needed offensive boost for quarterback Geno Smith with the Heisman runner-up. The Raiders averaged 3.6 yards per carry and 79.8 per game last season, both at the bottom of the NFL. New head coach Pete Carroll wants to run the football, and Jeanty has the best chance of any player in the class to be a Pro Bowler in Year 1.
11. San Francisco 49ers: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
The 6’2” 194 194-pound cornerback has dealt with a toe injury, but could give the 49ers an elite prospect on the outside.
12. Dallas Cowboys: Omarion Hampton, RB, UNC
After watching Jeanty go to the Raiders, Dallas looks to add a game-changing running back to the offense over a wide receiver. An already explosive offense gets even more firepower in the All-American from UNC. Hampton finished second in the country in rushing behind Jeanty with 1,660 yards in 12 games, with 15 touchdown runs. He set a new school single-season record with his 2,033 all-purpose yards, surpassing the previous 2,021 set by Don McCauley in 1970. The junior has rushed for 3,565 career yards, ranking fourth all-time in school history. Mel Kiper Jr. ranked Hampton the No. 2 running back in the 2025 NFL draft.
13. Cincinnati Bengals: Mike Green, Edge, Marshall
Trade details: Dolphins get: 1-17, 3-81, 6-193 Bengals get: 1-13, 5-155

With Trey Hendrickson’s future uncertain, the Bengals select one of the top pass rushers on the board in Marshall’s Mike Green. Last season, as a redshirt sophomore, Green led the FBS in sacks (17.0), tackles for loss (22.5), sack yardage (144), and tackles by a defensive lineman (84). His 17 sacks established a new Sun Belt Conference record.

14. Indianapolis Colts: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
The Colts need an elite weapon for quarterbacks Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones, and Warren could bring back memories of Dallas Clark. Indianapolis has not had a tight end reach 500 receiving yards in a single season since 2018, and none of their tight ends reached the 200-yard plateau last season. Warren had 700 of his 1,233 receiving yards come after the catch last season.
15. Los Angeles Chargers: Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
Trade details: Falcons get: 1-22, 3-86, 4-125 Chargers get: 1-15

The Los Angeles Chargers have needs at multiple positions, but Jim Harbaugh goes with the known product in Kenneth Grant over wide receiver, Luther Burden. At 331 pounds, Grant would help fortify the Chargers’ run defense up the middle and assist in collapsing the pocket as an interior pass rusher. He had three sacks and 5.5 tackles for loss in 12 games last season.
16. Arizona Cardinals: Kelvin Banks, OL, Texas
Banks started three full seasons on the left side at Texas, showing a good combination of size (6-foot-5, 315 pounds), nimble feet, and pass-protection skills. He allowed pressure on just 0.8% of his pass-block snaps in 2024, which tied for third best in the FBS among offensive tackles.
17. Miami Dolphins: Grey Zabel, G/C, North Dakota State
Trade details: Dolphins get: 1-17, 3-81, 6-193 Bengals get: 1-13, 5-155

Miami got a third and a sixth-round pick to trade down four spots and still get a much-needed starter at offensive guard. Zabel was one of the best players at Senior Bowl practices, proving he can dominate against top competition after starting 41 games at the FCS level. Zabel offers elite versatility and the ability to play three spots.
18. Seattle Seahawks: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
Following their trade of DK Metcalf and release of Tyler Lockett, the Seahawks are looking to retool their receiving room beyond Jaxon Smith-Njigba and star free agent acquisition Cooper Kupp. Burden was dominant in 2023, with 1,212 receiving yards, including 710 after the catch. He had a down 2024 (676 yards) but has game-changing abilities.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Malaki Starks, DB, Alabama
The Buccaneers land the nation’s top safety and versatile defensive back. The 2nd team All-American led the Crimson Tide with 77 tackles.
20. Denver Broncos: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Bo Nix needs elite talent, and Egbuka recorded 1,011 receiving yards on 81 catches in 2024. He scored 10 touchdowns, tying his career-high from 2022.

The Steelers are waiting for Aaron Rodgers, but they get their quarterback of the future. Dart broke Eli Manning’s school record at Ole Miss for passing yards (4,279) and led the FBS in yards per attempt (10.8) in 2024. He has elite mobility and accuracy, throwing 52 touchdowns and 11 interceptions over the past two seasons.
22. Atlanta Falcons: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
Trade details: Falcons get: 1-22, 3-86, 4-125 Chargers get: 1-15

The 6-foot, 195-pound Goldencame on strong down the stretch after a slow start to the Longhorns’ season. He logged at least 50 yards receiving in five of Texas’s last six games, including over 100+ yards against Georgia in the SEC Championship Game and Arizona State in the College Football Playoff quarterfinal round. Golden ended the season as the Longhorns’ leading receiver with 58 catches for 987 yards and nine touchdowns, averaging 17.02 yards per catch as one of the SEC’s premier big-play threats.
23. Green Bay Packers: Mykel Williams, ED, Georgia
Williams was a second-team All-SEC selection during the 2024 college football season. Williams racked up 67 tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, and 14 sacks in 40 games.
24. Minnesota Vikings: Walter Nolen, DI, Mississippi
The Vikings want to get stronger up the middle, and the All-American from Ole Miss fits the bill. The 6-foot-3, 305-pound dynamo led the Ole Miss defense in 2024, logging 48 tackles (career-high), two pass deflections (career-high), one fumble recovery, and 6.5 sacks (career-high).
25. Houston Texans: Josh Simmons, OL, Ohio State
Houston lands a quality offensive tackle after revamping their offensive line and trading Laremy Tunsil.
26. Los Angeles Rams: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
The 6’3″, 235-pounder Campbell has sideline-to-sideline speed and impressive coverage skills, while flourishing as a quality pass rusher—he registered five sacks in 2024.
27. Baltimore Ravens: James Pearce Jr., Edge, Tennessee
The 6-foot-5, 243-pound Pearce led Tennessee in sacks (7.5), tackles for loss (13), and quarterback hurries (10), while adding a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 2024. Pearce earned first-team All-SEC honors and was a semifinalist for the Bednarik, Lombardi, and Walter Camp Player of the Year awards. He also earned first-team All-SEC honors in 2023, when he had 10 sacks, 14.5 tackles for loss, 16 quarterback hurries, an interception return for a touchdown and two forced fumbles.
28. Detroit Lions: Shemar Stewart, Edge, Texas A&M
In his three seasons at Texas A&M, Stewart recorded 65 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks. He also added four passes defensed, two fumble recoveries, one fumble recovery returned for a touchdown, and two forced fumbles. Stewart brings good size, length, and frame for the position, but needs to be more consistent.
29. Washington Commanders: Donovan Ezeiruaku, Edge, Boston College
The Eagles have to replace edge rusher Josh Sweat, who signed with the Cardinals after getting 2.5 sacks in Super Bowl LIX. Ezeiruaku is a bit undersized (6-3, 248 pounds) but uses his 34-inch arms and elite first-step speed to get around the edge and under the hands of offensive tackles. He was highly productive this past season, with 80 tackles and 16.5 sacks, the second-best mark in the FBS.
30. Buffalo Bills: Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
During the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, Walker was measured in at 6-foot-1, 243 pounds in Indianapolis with an armspan of 79⅞ inches — the reach length scouts want in rushers. By comparison, Ole Miss All-American Walter Nolen’s armspan, at 6-foot-3¾ and 296 pounds, was measured at 78⅝ inches. Walker was the Butkus Award winner as the nation’s best linebacker this past season as he led the Bulldogs’ defense in tackles for loss (10.5) and sacks (6.5), with three of those sacks coming against Texas.
31. Kansas City Chiefs: Josh Conerly, OL, Oregon
The Seattle native, who started his career as a running back before transitioning to offensive tackle as a sophomore, doesn’t turn 22 until November. In his three seasons at Oregon, Conerly Jr. played 41 games and was a two-year starter. He played 1,881 snaps at left tackle in three seasons and had a 78.0 overall grade from PFF for the 2024 season.
