The Chicago Sky dropped an 81-79 matchup against the 9-10 Washington Mystics on Tuesday morning, giving them a 5-13 record during the 2025 WNBA season. They now sit in 12th place in the league standings.

Two-time All-Star forward Angel Reese led the way for the Sky once again, scoring a game-high 22 points, grabbing 15 rebounds and dishing out four assists. Veteran center Elizabeth Williams chipped in a season-high 20 points in the loss.
Reese has long been partnered with the Reebok Brand, and on Wednesday, they announced that her signature shoe, the “Angel Reese 1,” would be released soon.

Chicago plays again on Wednesday evening against the 6-14 Dallas Wings as part of a back-to-back. Before the matchup, Wings guard DiJonai Carrington, who is also signed with Reebok, sent Reese a congratulatory message about her signature shoe.

Ahead of Chicago’s game against Dallas, Reese reacted to this message from the Wings’ star guard.
“thank you sis! colorways bout to be crazyyyyy🤭,” Reese wrote.
Reese is averaging 12.6 points and a WNBA-leading 12.8 rebounds per game during the 2025 season. She has also improved her assist averages to a career-best 3.9 per game, which also leads the Sky this season.
Carrington has missed the last six games for Dallas with a rib injury. Prior to that, she had been averaging 11.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game this season.
Wednesday’s game between the Wings and Sky will take place at Wintrust Arena in Chicago. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. ET.
