MADISON – The Wisconsin football program got to Dustin Roach early and it paid off.
The safety from Catholic Memorial announced his commitment to the Badgers’ 2027 class on Jan. 23. He joins Verona tackle Ethan McIntosh and Iola-Scandinavia tight end Korz Loken as committed players to the class.

His decision came a few days after safeties coach Jack Cooper made a home visit.
Roach received honorable mention all-state from the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association as a receiver and was an all-region selection on defense.
Roach has yet to be ranked by On3 or 247sports. He received an offer from the Badgers Nov. 8. It was his first Power Four offer and his third overall after Eastern Michigan and Northern Illinois.
