Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2027 football signing class.
Four-star wide receiver Jaden Upshaw named Tennessee in his top six schools, along with USC, Miami, Texas A&M, Alabama and Auburn, according to Hayes Fawcett of On3.

The 6-foot-1, 196-pound prospect is from Lee County High School in Leesburg, Georgia. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 12 wide receiver in the class and No. 10 player in Georgia.
Tennessee offered Upshaw a scholarship on Feb. 6, 2025. He unofficially visited Tennessee for the 2025 Orange & White Game and the Vols’ football game versus Oklahoma on Nov. 1, 2025.
UCF was the first school to offer Upshaw a scholarship on March 19, 2024. Other Power Four schools to offer him scholarships include Boston College, Ole Miss, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Missouri, South Carolina, Maryland, Louisville, Michigan, Syracuse, Texas, Kentucky and Florida.
Tennessee has four commitments in its 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, cornerback Kamauri Whitfield, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo and defensive lineman Kadin Fife.
