The numbers for the inaugural UFC event on Paramount+ are in – and they’re big.
According to the streaming service, UFC 324 delivered nearly five million streaming views, with the live average minute audience reaching 4.96 million viewers. Paramount+ stated in a release that it “has streamed thousands of exclusive live events since its launch – this was its largest.”

UFC 324 reached 7.18 million global households, which is the most for a UFC event in nearly a decade across linear, broadcast and streaming. The peak concurrent streams reached 5.93 million. Neither of these figures accounts for co-viewing.
UFC 324 was headlined by an interim lightweight title fight that figures to stand as a Fight of the Year contender after Justin Gaethje defeated Paddy Pimblett by unanimous decision in a five-round war. The event marked the first of a seven year, $7.7 billion deal between the UFC and Paramount.
Whereas UFC fans were being charged $79.99 for numbered events on top of an ESPN+ subscription, the deal between the UFC and Paramount is kicking off with all events, including numbered events such as UFC 324, being included with a Paramount+ subscription.
The viewing experience did come with commercials during the UFC 324 main card, something fans will have to get used to while numbered events are included in their Paramount+ subscription.
