The 2026 college football season just wrapped up last week, but the countdown to the 2026 season is already on! On Tuesday, the Big Ten officially announced its 2026 conference schedule.
Who and when will USC play? Let’s take a look at the Trojans’ slate for next season:

September 19: At Rutgers
The Trojans will open conference play 3,000 miles from Los Angeles. Welcome to college football in 2026.
September 26: Vs. Oregon
This will be the earliest in a season that USC and Oregon will face off in more than 20 years. The Trojans will be looking for revenge after this season’s loss in Eugene that knocked them out of the Big Ten and College Football Playoff races.
October 3: Vs. Washington
USC will be right back at the Coliseum next week for another Big Ten home game against a Pacific Northwest opponent.
October 10: At Penn State
Imagine USC going into the White Out at Penn State in front of 110,000 hostile fans. Games like this are why the Trojans made the decision to join the Big Ten.

October 24: At Wisconsin
After a week off, the Trojans will be back on the road for a trip to Madison.
October 31: Vs. Ohio State
The premier game on USC’s home slate, the Trojans will writhe Buckeyes to the Coliseum for the first time in 18 years.
November 14: At Indiana
Following another week off, the Trojans will visit the defending national champions in what should be a chilly November matchup.
November 21: Vs. Maryland
After playing three November home games in 2025, USC will have just one in 2026 when Maryland comes to the Coliseum.
November 28: At UCLA
For the first time in 16 years (not including the COVID season), USC’s final scheduled regular season game will be “on the road” when the Trojans face crosstown rival UCLA. Whether this game will be played at the Rose Bowl or SoFi Stadium is still to be determined.
