MSU football OL commit receives huge boost in recruiting ratings, rankings

One of the recent Michigan State commitments in the 2027 class has received a notable rankings boost from 247Sports.

Michigan State commitment Grant Adloff of Grand Rapids has received a solid ratings and rankings boost from one of college football’s top recruiting sites. Adloff, who was previously unranked and unrated, is now listed as a high-end three-star prospect that very well could move up to a four-star by the time his senior year wraps up.

Adloff now holds a recruiting rating of 88 and is listed as the No. 8 player from Michigan in 247Sports’ composite rankings. He is also listed as the No. 27 interior offensive lineman and No. 438 overall prospect in the 2027 class.

Adloff committed to Michigan State this past weekend, joining three-star running back Savior Owens as the first two commitments of the Pat Fitzgerald era. Adloff held offers from West Virginia and a host of group of six schools, but it seems like he may earn even more interest over the coming months. It’s a good thing Michigan State was able to land his commitment early on, and now, can hopefully hold onto him throughout this entire recruiting cycle.
