The Georgia Bulldogs have signed long snapper Colton Dermer, who is a member of the class of 2026. Dermer is Georgia‘s first national signing day signee. He is ranked as a three-star long snapper.
The three-star played high school football for Sandra Day O’Connor High School in Glendale, Arizona. The 6-foot-2, 230-pound long snapper is the second-ranked player at his position nationally. Dermer was committed to Michigan from June 2025 to January 2026. However, he decommitted from Michigan, despite signing, after Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore was fired.

Dermer flipped his commitment to Georgia in January and is expected to compete for the Bulldogs’ starting long snapper role as a true freshman. However, he may not have the benefit of participating in college spring practices since he signed with Georgia in the spring.
Dermer is the No. 3,121 recruit in the country and the No. 59 prospect in Arizona. He is Georgia’s 30th signee in the class of 2026. The Bulldogs also added punter Wade Register and kicker Harran Zureikat in the 2026 recruiting class.
