He made his international debut against the USA in 2021 and played against the same opponents last summer after being recalled to the squad.
Saints are away to Harlequins in the Prem Rugby Cup on Friday and have at least two more fixtures in the competition to follow before their league campaign resumes at home to Newcastle on 21 March.
“Trev is one of the enforcers in our squad and someone the younger players naturally look towards,” said director of rugby Phil Dowson.
“Props like Trev are incredibly hard to find. Everyone sees his set-piece work but his work around the field – his carrying, his defensive movement – are just as important.
“He’s improved those parts of his game significantly and, given he started playing professionally later than most, he’s still got room to keep growing.”
