Johnson is listed at 6-foot-4 and 225 pounds, and plays for Upperman High. He currently is not rated or ranked in 247Sports’ recruiting system, but that’ll surely change based on the number of big-time schools showing interest in him.
Johnson holds offers from more than 30 schools, according to 247Sports. Outside of his offer from the Spartans, he also holds notable offers from Cincinnati, Arkansa, Duke, Florida State, Maryland, Mississippi State, NC State, North Carolina, Purdue, Virginia, Virginia Tech and SMU.
