The 2026 Big Ten Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships concluded with the Day 4 finals session on Saturday, Feb. 21, from Minneapolis.
Michigan won the conference championship with a four-day total of 1,243 points. Indiana was second at 1,084 and Ohio State was third with 1,066.

Big Ten Women’s 1650 Freestyle
Nebraska senior Gena Jorgenson finished in a 26.61 to win the 1650 in 15:45.36, an NCAA automatic cut.
Ohio State sophomore Mila Nikaronov finished second in an A cut of 15:46.19, followed by teammates Emma Finlin (15:49.51) and Adair Shaw (16:04.64).
Minnesota junior Katie McCarthy finished fifth in 16:05.46, followed by Northwestern sophomore Zoe Nordmann (16:06.23), Michigan sophomore Marian Ploeger (16:10.68) and Wisconsin junior Maddie Waggoner (16:12.46) with the top eight all earning A cuts.
