Santiago Luna vs. Angel Pacheco UFC Fight Night 268 preview
Luna (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) enters his sophomore UFC appearance following a stellar debut in September. The 21-year-old bantamweight needed just over half a round to stop Quang Le, earning a Performance of the Night bonus for his efforts.

Pacheco (7-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC) has had a rougher go as of late. The Dana White’s Contender Series vet won a contract despite losing to Danny Silva in September 2023. His UFC debut was in March 2024 against Caolan Loughran, a fight he also lost by unanimous decision.
Santiago Luna vs. Angel Pacheco UFC Fight Night 268 expert pick, prediction
Kicking off the main card is a bantamweight action fight between Santiago Luna and Angel Pacheco.
An acclaimed Mexican wrestler, Luna has a lot to live up to, given both the hype and the high betting price tags that are attached to his name.
Luna is undoubtedly a high-level athlete and prospect worth keeping an eye on, but I believe that his game is way too janky and disjointed to be commanding north of 5-1 favorite odds over anyone right now.

Pacheco may not offer much to write home about in the speed or athleticism department, but he’s an incredibly durable Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt who is difficult to put away.
I’m still going to lean toward Luna to come out on top, but I expect to see the 21-year-old further tested this time around. Luna forcing a stoppage via strikes isn’t out of the equation, but I’ll take “Border Boy” to win a competitive but clear decision on the scorecards.
Santiago Luna vs. Angel Pacheco UFC Fight Night 268 odds
The oddsmakers and the public heavily favor the undefeated fighter, listing Luna -590 and Pacheco +410 via FanDuel.
