Aliyah Boston had another great season with the Indiana Fever during the 2025 WNBA season. She averaged career highs with 15 points and 3.7 assists to go along with 8.2 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 0.9 blocks per game.

The Fever forward established herself as a WNBA All-Star and an MVP candidate. She was also selected as a member of the All-Defensive Second Team and All-WNBA Second Team.

After the campaign ended, Boston decided to take her talents back to Unrivaled as part of Phantom BC. Unsurprisingly, the 24-year-old continued her dominant streak in the 3-on-3 league, helping her team secure the No. 1 seed with an 11-3 record.

Boston recorded 18.9 points, 9.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.1 blocks per game in Unrivaled. She led the league in blocks and was third in defensive rebounds with 7.9 per game.

As a result of her performance in the regular season, Unrivaled named her Defensive Player of the Year. She was also selected as a member of the All-Unrivaled Second Team, further highlighting how great she has been away from the WNBA.

The Fever, for their part, were quick to react after learning of Boston’s latest honor. On Instagram, the team celebrated the achievement with a congratulatory message for their player.

“simply unmatched,” the Fever wrote, before saying, “congrats to @aliyah.boston on being named @unrivaledbasketball Defensive Player of the Year and All-Second Team.”
