No. 13 Ohio State women’s basketball (23-6) is set to close out the regular season at No. 15 Michigan State (22-6)

After being defeated in three of the past four games, the Buckeyes are attempting to build back momentum going into the Big Ten Tournament and eventually the NCAA Tournament.

“We’ve got to focus on the next game,” Ohio State coach Kevin McGuff said. “We’d love to play at home [in the NCAA Tournament], but that’s got to be a byproduct of us winning a few more games.”

Ohio State has won its previous seven matchups against Michigan State, with the Spartans’ last win over the Buckeyes being in January 2020.
