The 2026 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament gets underway on Wednesday, March 4 in Greenville, South Carolina, at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
South Carolina is the No. 1 seed and eyeing what would be its fourth consecutive conference tournament championship. Vanderbilt, led by SEC Player of the Year Mikayla Blakes and Coach of the Year Shea Ralph, is seeded second. Texas is the No. 3 seed and LSU is No. 4.

No. 9 Kentucky vs. No. 16 Arkansas will tipoff the tournament at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday. As many as 10 SEC teams could make the NCAA Tournament, according to the latest bracketology projections from USA Today Sports. Results from the tournament will have a big impact on bubble teams like Texas A&M and Mississippi State.
When is the SEC women’s basketball tournament?
The 2026 SEC women’s basketball tournament begins Wednesday, March 4, and runs through Sunday, March 8, at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
The first game — No. 16 Arkansas vs. No. 9 Kentucky — begins at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday to begin the first round. The second round also begins at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday. Friday’s games begin at 12 p.m. ET, the first of Saturday’s semifinal games is at 4:30 p.m. ET and Sunday’s championship has a 3 p.m. ET tipoff.

How to watch women’s SEC tournament
First and second round games will air live on the SEC Network.
The first two quarterfinal games on Friday — the first featuring South Carolina and the second with LSU — will air on ESPN, while the next two quarterfinals will be on the SEC Network.
Saturday’s semifinals will air on ESPN2 and Sunday’s title game will be on ESPN.
