Her twin sister, Alba Arnall, recently verbally committed to Cal – making them in-state and in-conference rivals. They will both head to the West Coast as part of the Class of 2031.

Her best times include:

  • 50 back – 24.69
  • 100 back – 52.82
  • 200 back – 1:54.09
  • 50 free – 22.83
  • 100 free – 49.53
  • 200 free – 1:47.68
  • 100 fly – 53.99
  • 200 fly – 1:58.92

Arnall does her club swimming with Westchester Aquatic Club. She finaled in four events at Juniors East last December where she won the B-final of the 200 back. Last summer, she won the 100m and 200m back at Senior Mets Summer Championships before going on to earn silver in the 200m fly at Greensboro Futures.

In June 2024, Arnall competed at the Australian Swimming Trials where she placed 11th in the 200m fly.

She is currently a junior at Convent Of The Sacred Heart and is a two-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.

Stanford recently placed second at the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Championships, the school’s second year in the ACC. Arnall would’ve scored in the B-final of the 200 back and C-final of the 200 fly at the conference meet.
