The Notre Dame women’s basketball team is peaking at the right time, as it has won its last seven games and will now take on the No. 13 Duke Blue Devils in the semifinal of the ACC Tournament.
The Irish are fighting for a higher seed in the NCAA Tournament, as they’ve turned it on following a 5-7 stretch from the middle of January through early February. Many wrote them off during that stretch, but they were able to flip the switch and look like a Sweet-16 team once again.

Notre Dame knows its path to an ACC Championship
Notre Dame has been here before, as they’ve turned won it in 2024, ending a 6-year drought following an impressive stretch from 2014 to 2019, winning it five times and playing for the other. They’ll need to win today to play for another, but if they keep up what they’ve been doing, the Irish will be playing for a championship Sunday.
