Rahul Dravid and Roger Binny will be the recipients of the BCCI’s Col CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award at an awards ceremony in Delhi on March 15 for their “outstanding service to Indian cricket”, while Mithali Raj will receive the corresponding award for women for “her extraordinary contribution to the growth and global stature of women’s cricket in India“.
At the same ceremony, Shubman Gill will receive the Polly Umrigar Award for Best International Cricketer (men) for the 2024-25 season for the second time, and Smriti Mandhana will receive the Best International Cricketer (women) award for the fifth time in her career.
Among domestic performers, Mumbai’s Ira Jadhav will receive the Jagmohan Dalmiya Trophy for Best Woman Cricketer (domestic) and Haryana’s Shafali Verma will be honoured with the Jagmohan Dalmiya Trophy for Best Woman Cricketer (senior domestic one-day).
Ayush Mhatre of Mumbai will receive the Lala Amarnath Award for the Best Allrounder in Domestic Limited Overs Competitions, while Vidarbha’s Harsh Dubey will receive the Lala Amarnath Award for the Best Allrounder in the Ranji Trophy for the 2024-25 season.
The Mumbai Cricket Association will once again receive the award for Best Performance in BCCI Domestic Tournaments, having won four trophies and finished runners-up in two during the season.
In a first, all five Indian ICC trophy-winning sides will be felicitated. The senior men’s teams that won the Champions Trophy 2025 and T20 World Cup 2026, the senior women’s team that won the Women’s ODI World Cup 2025, the men’s Under-19 team that won the World Cup in 2026 and the women’s Under-19 team that won the World Cup in 2025 will be recognised for their achievements in what the BCCI called “an extraordinary period of success for Indian cricket on the global stage”.
