In their most recent game, the Sooners lost to LSU by a score of 112-78. If OU wins against Idaho, they’ll take on the winner of the No. 12 Colorado State- No. 5 Michigan State game. That contest would also be in Norman.

Women’s basketball coach Jennie Baranczyk has now taken the the OU program to the NCAA Tournament all five years of her tenure, after being hired in 2021. Last season was Oklahoma’s best year in the tourney under her leadership, as the Sooners made the Sweet Sixteen.

Date and tip-off time information for OU’s first-round game are still to be announced.
