The Women’s NCAA Tournament is off and running with the first two games in the books.
Nebraska and Missouri State advanced in the first two games of the First Four on Wednesday night at Cameron Indoor Arena in Durham, North Carolina. The two teams advance as No. 11 seeds in their respective regions.

Arizona State, Missouri State, Samford and Southern will compete in the other pair of First Four games on Thursday, March 19.

Who is playing in the First Four of Women’s March Madness?
Nebraska vs. Richmond and Stephen F. Austin vs. Missouri State played on March 18. Nebraska and Missouri State advanced.
Virginia vs. Arizona State and Samford vs. Southern play Thursday, March 19.
When is the Women’s First Four?
Half of the First Four was played Wednesday, March 18. The second two game are Thursday, March 19.
It’s the official start of the Women’s NCAA Tournament. Eight teams will compete in the play-in games to determine which two teams will punch their tickets to the dance.

Once the bracket has been cut down from 68 teams to the final 64-team field, the first round will begin on Friday, March 20.
