Movsar Evloev faced his first former UFC champion in his most recent outing, and he was able to once again leave the octagon with his hand raised.
At UFC 310 in December 2024, Evloev faced Aljamain Sterling, a former UFC bantamweight champion now turned featherweight, on the preliminary card. In what was supposed to be his toughest test on paper, Evloev managed to outgrapple Sterling and take home a unanimous decision win, putting his UFC win streak at nine in a row.

Evloev (19-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) returns to the cage this Saturday in the main event of UFC Fight Night 270 – which takes place at The O2 in London (Paramount+). He takes on fellow unbeaten contender Lerone Murphy (17-0-1 MMA, 9-0-1 UFC) in a five-round bout.
