In just two years in the WNBA, Angel Reese has established herself as an All-Star and has shown she’s one of the brightest young talents in the game today. The Chicago Sky star has career averages of 14.1 points, 12.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.4 steals across 64 games so far.

Reese led the league in rebounding in both her first season and second year in the pros, even becoming the fastest player to reach 500 points and 500 rebounds in WNBA history.

Reese’s impact on women’s sports extends beyond the basketball court, though. She also continues to be a trailblazer among female athletes, as she makes her mark in the entertainment and fashion scenes.

After being on the cover of the 2025 Vogue Winter issue and becoming the first professional athlete to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Reese made history once again when she was revealed to be the cover star for the April 2026 issue of Vogue Australia.

Even better, Reese revealed that she was the “FIRST FEMALE ATHLETE ON THE COVER OF VOGUE IN HER SIGNATURE SHOE.” On the cover, the Sky star wore a white fringe dress while rocking her AR1s.

After Reese shared the news on social media, the WNBA made sure to highlight how impactful she has been to women’s sports.

“Changing the game,” the WNBA wrote in the comment section of her post.
