Caitlin Clark is currently the Indiana Fever’s cornerstone superstar.

Clark made an immediate impact upon her arrival in 2024, winning Rookie of the Year honors. The 6-foot guard’s second season, however, was hampered by multiple soft-tissue injuries, limiting her to just 13 games.

There’s a lot of excitement surrounding Clark heading into Year 3. She has fully recovered from her season-ending groin strain. Her MVP-level performance for Team USA at the recently concluded FIBA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Tournament is a testament to this fact.

The Fever are hopeful that Clark leads the franchise to success in 2026 — and for many years beyond.

Amid her stature as the Fever’s cornerstone star, Clark continues to honor those who came before her. The 24-year-old knows full well that she would not be where she is today had it not been for the women who helped establish and grow the Fever to become one of the top teams in the WNBA.

One of those stalwarts is Lin Dunn. The 78-year-old is a true icon for the Fever, having been with the organization since 2003. Dunn was promoted as head coach in 2008. In 2012, she led the Fever to its first and only WNBA championship.

The Fever honored Dunn and her legacy in a recent Instagram post, which is part of a campaign for Women’s History Month.
