Hailey Cowan says she’s in good health after being on the wrong end of the knockout highlight of the weekend at UFC Fight Night 272.
Cowan (7-5 MMA, 0-3 UFC) saw her winless octagon run continue Saturday at Meta APEX in Las Vegas courtesy of a vicious knee from Alice Pereira (6-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) in the second round of their women’s bantamweight bout. She was out on impact and spent several minutes down on the canvas before eventually getting up and leaving the cage.

Just a few hours after the fight, Cowan took to social media and update on her health, indicating that she is good, and also expressing disappointment about her performance (via Instagram):
