“Different scene… same mindset though @bradleyumbb Let’s work!” Gerganov posted on his Instagram account.
Georgi Gerganov, a point guard from Bulgaria, announced his commitment to the Bradley Braves for the 2026-27 season.
Considered a rising talent overseas, Gerganov delivered 5.5 rebounds per game, 5.8 assists, 2.3 steals and shot 45.8% from the field and 33.3% from 3. He’ll turn 23 in July, and he fits the recruiting profile Bradley is seeking in building with bigger guards.
He played for the Bulgaria National Team in the 2025-26 World Cup, facing Holland. He also appeared in the 2025-26 European Championships for the 14-11 Botev team against Norway and Armenia.
Bradley won a commitment from 6-6 combo guard Trevon Payton on Saturday night, pulling him out of the NCAA transfer portal.
