Nebraska basketball forward Pryce Sandfort announced he was returning to the program on Monday. Sandfort had a tremendous season for the Huskers last year.
The Iowa transfer averaged 18.1 points per game, to go along with 4.9 rebounds and two assists per game. He shot 47.9% from the field and 41.6% from beyond the arc.

He was able to continue his success during postseason play. He led Nebraska with 21 points per game in the NCAA tournament, shooting 57.1% from three-point range.
He will return on a Nebraska roster that already has tremendous talent. Braden Frager announced his return last week, and Sandfort’s return continues to bolster the roster.
He gives Nebraska primary scoring that benefited them greatly last season. Now, he will have one more chance to show his skill set.
