Since Major League Baseball fully introduced Statcast tracking technology in all 30 ballparks in 2015, the state-of-the-art tracking system has been able to provide more precise home run distances. The longest home run in that span was hit by the Texas Rangers‘ Nomar Mazara, who hit one 505 feet in 2019. The most recent additions to the list were Nick Kurtz (493 feet) and Mike Trout (485 feet) in September of 2025.
