As with men’s basketball, Oregon women’s basketball encountered some flux at the end of this last season. After the 2024-25 season, there were no transfers out – the first time in recent memory that has been the case, and certainly since the change in the portal transfer rules. After the 2025-26 season, however, we saw a handful of players enter the transfer portal.
What makes this offseason different from the ones before, where there was an exodus of players searching for different/better, is that it appears that the players were asked by Oregon to enter the portal, rather than the players themselves looking for different/better.

Five players from last year’s squad entered the transfer portal:
Fr. Sara Barhoum – Portland State
Sr. Elisa Mevius – University of Wisconsin Green Bay
Jr. Sarah Rambus – Syracuse
R-Jr. Sammie Wagner – University of San Diego
Fr. Janiyah Williams – University of Houston
The Ducks have added two players from the portal:
Heyer is a 6-1 R-Sr. F from Minnesota. She technically entered the portal and was on the team during last season, but took a redshirt to play a full season this year.
She was a three year starter at Minnesota, starting in all games. In 24-25, Heyer shot 42.8% from the field (29.9% from distance), and 62.3% from the free throw line. She averaged 8.6 PPG and 8.2 RPG. Heyer is a solid vet who will help fill the vacuum left by Mia Jacobs.
Hilary Fuller – Belmont

The Ducks bring in some height with the 6-2 Jr. F from Belmont. Last season, she appeared in 27 games for the Bruins, starting in 26. Fuller averaged 14.0 PPG, 4.6 RPG and 1.2 assists per game. She shot 40.7% from the field, 35.3% from the 3-point line, and 70.5% from the line.
Fuller has two years of eligibility remaining in her college career.
The Ducks have three scholarships available for the 2026-27 season. While head coach Kelly Graves has said that he’s happy with the current roster of 12, Oregon continues to look for options from the transfer portal. Graves has said, according to the Register-Guard, “If we happen to get another center, 6-foot-3 or above that can go in and just bang a little bit and kind of neutralize another big center that we might play against, then great, sure. We’re looking also overseas for that, but I like the group we’ve got right now.”
