During fight week, a behind-the-scenes video series “Uncut” documents what’s happening during fight week. MVP MMA 1 (Netflix) takes place Saturday at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Calif.

The headliner is a featherweight bout between former UFC champion Ronda Rousey and women’s MMA pioneer Gina Carano. In the co-feature, ex-UFC star Nate Diaz takes on BKFC King of Violence Mike Perry.
