Two WNBA franchises will meet for the very first time Wednesday as the expansion Portland Fire travel to take on the Fever.

Caitlin Clark had yet another standout performance with 21 points and 10 assists, marking her 12th game with at least 20 points and 10 assists — the most in WNBA history. Kelsey Mitchell and Sophie Cunningham also helped out, contributing 17 points apiece.
The Fire had a five-game stretch at home, in which they were able to defeat a powerhouse New York squad 98-96 for their first win in the league. They’ll now hit the road for three matchups, starting in Indianapolis. Will Portland be able to hit its stride?
