Natasha Howard was top-notch in the Minnesota Lynx’s last game against the Chicago Sky. She led the team to an 85-75 victory, scoring 26 points in 33 minutes. The forward was also clean on the board with 14 rebounds, including five offensive rebounds. Fans were impressed with her performance.
This was Howard’s second 26-point game after she went 11-14 against the Dallas Wings. However, what she did on the offensive and defensive glass was a difference maker this time. That led fans to compare her to a “prime LeBron James.”

Underdog NBA shared her stat line on X and mentioned that, besides her teammate Napheesa Collier, she is the only one in the WNBA to put that score in a game. The caption read:
“Her teammate Napheesa Collier is the only other player in WNBA history to record this line or better on at least 70% shooting.”
Collier did not play in the last game due to her ankle injuries. Fans were quick to laud Howard for her stellar game, as one wrote:
“Sky got Natasha Howard looking like prime LeBron”
Another fan noted that she had 22 points in the first half and wrote:
“didn’t she have 22 points in the first half”
One fan supported Howard for her success with the Lynx and wrote:
“I’m so happy for you Tash! Glad to know you’re doing so well in Lynx territory”
One more fan dropped a long comment, praising Howard’s stint, and wrote:
“Natasha Howard is UNREAL right now. 26 PTS on 11-15 (73.3%), 14 REB, 5 AST in a big W over the Sky. Only Napheesa Collier has ever dropped a line like that or better at 70%+ shooting in WNBA history. Veteran dominance! The Lynx frontcourt is scary. Who else is buying stock in Howard this season?”

Natasha Howard torches the Sky in first half
Natasha Howard could not miss from the paint and added 14 points in the second quarter with 6-7 from the field. After the team suffered a 79-88 loss to the Chicago Sky earlier, the Lynx came prepared. The Sky’s Gabriela Jaquez led the team with 20 points.
Howard will be matched up against Angel Reese in the paint in the next game. The Dream’s center will put up a challenge for Howard, as her defense in the paint is tight. She contributed two steals and three blocks when she last faced the Lynx in their season-opener. The Lunx will look to even the season series.
