One of the biggest moves made by the Tennessee Titans this offseason occurred in free agency when they signed wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson to a four-year contract worth $70 million. Robinson could earn up to $78 million via incentives. He should be an immediate security blanket for sophomore quarterback Cam Ward.
Robinson spent the majority of his four-year rookie contract alongside new Titans offensive coordinator Brian Daboll with the New York Giants. Their partnership would have lasted the entirety of Robinson’s rookie deal had Daboll not been fired in November. Anyhow, the two reunite in Tennessee to bring familiarity to the offense.

The Titans are currently in the middle of their 10 voluntary OTA practices. Robinson spoke with the media following Thursday’s open practice session. He discussed how seamless his transition has been to Tennessee due to Daboll’s presence.
“Pretty much everything has been about the same,” Robinson responded to Buck Reising’s question about familiarity with Daboll and the offensive system. “There have been some language [verbiage] changes, but I pretty much know the entire offense. There have been some things that Cam [Ward] wanted to add that I had to learn, but other than that, it’s been pretty seamless.”
Robinson had 140 targets in back-to-back seasons (2024-25) in offenses primarily called and overseen by Daboll. The former Kentucky standout converted those opportunities to 93 (2024) and 92 (2025) catches. In 2025, Robinson had the first 1,000-yard season of his career.
Robinson should be extremely reliable for Ward across the middle. He’ll be the every-down slot receiver with rookie Carnell Tate playing outside. Calvin Ridley, Chimere Dike, and Elic Ayomanor help round out one of the Titans’ deepest crop of receivers in franchise history.

Robinson is comfortable with being a high-volume weapon. Ward should appreciate his ability to consistently separate from coverage and get open. Ward, Daboll, and the Titans offense will be better due to it.
