Josh Jacobs charges and legal team response

Jacobs was arrested May 26, three days after an alleged domestic disturbance, the Hobart-Lawrence (Wisconsin) Police Department said. He charged with felony strangulation and suffocation and four misdemeanors all related to domestic abuse. As of the morning of May 27, he was being held without bond.

“Josh vehemently denies the allegations, and this matter is in the early stages of investigation with important evidence that has not yet been made public,” attorneys David Z. Chesnoff, Richard A. Schonfeld and Clarence Duchac said in a statement on behalf of Jacobs. “We ask for fairness and restraint while the judicial process takes its course.”
