“I am incredibly honored and grateful for the opportunity to lead the women’s basketball program at the University of Mount Union,” Taylor said in a statement. “Mount Union has a proud tradition of excellence built by Coach Venet, players, alumni and supporters who have shaped the legacy of this program over the years. I have tremendous respect for that foundation and look forward to building upon it while developing young women who excel both on and off the court.”
Taylor has Division I coaching experience from her time as an assistant at Cleveland State and Merrimack. At Merrimack, she served as lead assistant, managing national and international recruiting and scouting efforts.
