Fresh off its best season in the Big 12 since joining the league in 2023, UCF men’s basketball will face another challenging conference schedule, featuring five games against top-25 opponents.
UCF’s 18-game conference schedule includes home-and-home series against Texas Tech, Baylor and West Virginia.

The Knights will host BYU, Utah, Colorado, Iowa State, Kansas State and Houston in home-only contests at Addition Financial Arena during the upcoming season.
The team will travel to Arizona, Arizona State, Kansas, Oklahoma State, TCU and Cincinnati for road-only matchups.
UCF captured a program-best nine conference wins, finishing eighth in the standings at 9-9. The Knights fashioned signature victories over No. 17 Kansas, No. 11 Texas Tech and No. 19 BYU. The Knights would go on to finish with a 21-12 overall record last season and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament before losing to UCLA in the first round.
This year’s schedule features games against seven schools that qualified for the NCAA Tournament and four teams that earned berths in the College Basketball Crown Championship and the National Invitation Tournament.

UCF’s women’s team, under new coach Gabe Lazo, will face seven teams that qualified for the NCAA Tournament last season.
The Knights will play a home-and-away series with Texas Tech, Houston and Cincinnati, and the remaining home games will be against Arizona, Arizona State, Iowa State, Oklahoma State, Baylor and West Virginia.

The remaining road contests will be against BYU, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Kansas State and TCU, the defending Big 12 champions.
UCF finished 14th in the Big 12 standings after a 3-15 mark in conference play. The Knights finished with an 11-19 overall record, their fourth straight losing season.

Since joining the Big 12 in 2023, the program has a 10-44 record in conference games with six home wins and four road victories.
Dates and television designations will be released in early fall.
