Caitlin Clark just broke another WNBA record in the Indiana Fever’s 123-88 victory over the Connecticut Sun.
Clark is having an excellent 2026 season with the Fever, averaging 21 points and 7.9 assists per game.

She also recently scored a career-high 45 points against the Seattle Storm, reigniting the ‘face of the league’ debate.
Clark has now made the headlines again with her latest performance, as well as some exciting news off the court.
The 24-year-old has been recognised by the NBA 2K video game series ahead of the next release in September.

Caitlin Clark reaches another WNBA scoring milestone
Caitlin Clark dominated the Indiana Fever’s win against the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday, with 27 points and 11 assists.
She could have produced an even more impressive stat line if she had not been substituted early in the blowout victory.

Still, Clark became the first player in WNBA history to record 25+ points, 10+ assists and a +25 plus/minus in a single game.
The point guard’s latest record proves once more that she is a generational talent that fully deserves recognition.
Perhaps Clark’s latest performance was inspired by NBA 2K’s official announcement that she would be a cover athlete.
She is set to be on the cover of NBA 2K27 Deluxe Edition, with Victor Wembanyama and Derrick Rose on the other editions.
This is an enormous achievement, which recognises that Clark has transcended the WNBA and become a global superstar.
