The Dallas Mavericks are offering a major reward to whoever finds a one-of-one Cooper Flagg rookie card from the new Topps Chrome Update 2025-26 collection.
The rare card includes Flagg’s autograph and the actual NBA Debut Patch worn during his first NBA game. Dallas’ offer includes premium lower-level season tickets for 32 years, a signed game-worn rookie jersey, a postgame photo with Flagg and several exclusive team experiences.
The collector would also receive a private photoshoot with the Rookie of the Year and Larry O’Brien trophies, a tour of the Mavericks’ practice facility, a private basketball experience for up to 10 people at American Airlines Center and a trip to watch Dallas face the Boston Celtics.
Flagg signed the card during Fanatics Fest in New York last month and suggested its eventual owner should consider keeping it.
“Oh my god, that thing is beautiful…I’m nervous,” Flagg said.
“Hold on to it, hold on to it,” he added. “I think it will gain in value as I go on through my career, so it will be a good piece to hang on to.”
Flagg averaged 21 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists while shooting 46.8 percent in 70 games during his Rookie of the Year campaign.
The NBA Debut Patch program follows a similar concept introduced by Topps and MLB in 2023. A Paul Skenes debut patch card previously sold for $1.11 million, while a unique Shohei Ohtani card recently surpassed $10 million.
If Flagg’s card eventually reaches auction, it is expected to command more than $1 million.
