Vanderbilt women’s basketball 2026-27 SEC schedule announced, including Lady Vols game

The Vanderbilt women’s basketball 2026-27 SEC schedule will begin on Dec. 31, according to the SEC, which released the full conference schedule on Aug. 11.

The Commodores will start the season at home with a New Year’s Eve game against Arkansas.

Vanderbilt will play Tennessee just one time in the regular season. Vanderbilt, which has defeated the Lady Vols three straight meetings, host them on Feb. 7, three days after playing South Carolina.

SEC game times have not been released.

The Commodores, who went 29-5 overall and 13-3 in the SEC in 2026-27, have earned a bid to March Madness each of the last three seasons, a first since the program earned 15 straight bids from 1999-2014. Shea Ralph is headed into her sixth season as the Commodores’ coach with a 102-64 overall record. Vanderbilt is 74-26 over the last three seasons, which include 30 victories against SEC teams.

The Commodores’ roster includes All-American and last season’s SEC Player of the Year Mikayla Blakes and SEC Freshman of the Year Aubrey Galvan.

The SEC Tournament will return March 3-7 to Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.

The full 2026-27 schedule has not been released.
