Duke women’s basketball moved up in the latest USA TODAY Sports Coaches poll.
The 14th-ranked Blue Devils (4-1) are leading the way among North Carolina’s ACC teams, but UNC and N.C. State aren’t too far behind Duke in the Week 3 poll.
Despite their loss to No. 2 UConn (3-0) in Greensboro, the 15th-ranked Tar Heels (3-1) stayed put in the poll. Coming off its Final Four appearance, the 18th-ranked Wolfpack (2-2) are still figuring things out through four games. N.C. State dropped eight spots in the poll after its loss at No. 24 TCU (4-0).

Duke, UNC, NC State women’s basketball rankings
Like the coaches poll, Duke sits at No. 14 in the latest AP Top 25 women’s college basketball poll. UNC dropped two spots to No. 16 and N.C. State moved seven spots down to No. 20 in the AP rankings. No. 4 Notre Dame (4-0) and No. 22 Louisville (2-2) are the other ACC teams ranked in the coaches poll. The Irish are sixth in the AP poll and the Cardinals are at No. 25.
