Alabama women’s basketball has wrapped up their regular season and look to be firmly in the hosting conversation for the NCAA Tournament ahead of this week’s SEC Tournament.
The Crimson Tide had been on the border of hosting an NCAA regional and not hosting over the past few weeks. After solid wins down the stretch including an upset over LSU in their last home game, now most brackets project an NCAA regional coming to Tuscaloosa.
The Crimson Tide (23-6) starts the SEC Tournament on Thursday against the winner of Auburn and Florida. Alabama earned a bye and its second round game tips at 8:30 p.m. on SEC Network.
