On May 22, the Dream faced the Dallas Wings, winning 69-86 at home. Prior to the Dream securing thier third win of the 2026 season, Reese showed out in a tan mini trench before she stepped onto the court. The WNBA star also wore a white collared dress shirt underneath, a pink tie, clear sunglasses, and nude heels. For her hair, she showed off her natural curls in a classy updo and kept her makeup to a minimum.
Reese signed with the Dream in April 2026 for her third season in the WNBA. She was drafted No. 7 overall to the Chicago Sky, where she played her first two seasons in the league. After Friday’s game, Reese shared why she decided to take the leap and go to the Dream this season. The 2023 NCAA champion shared with USA Today’s Meghan L. Hall after the game, “I was just seeing how the player development was for (Karl Smesko) and how he developed Naz (Hillmon) in one year and how I wanted that.”
Now that she has had some time to settle into Atlanta, Reese shared how much it feels like a “perfect fit” for what she wants to accomplish in the WNBA.

“I wanted to win. I wanted to come somewhere where I was gonna be able to win, and it was the perfect fit for me,” Reese continued. “[…] Off the court, I knew this was gonna be the place for me. Everybody knows that. But on the court, I wanted [to go somewhere] so I could help a team get to the championship because I’ve won at every level. I want to win a WNBA championship, no matter what it looks like for me.”
So far, Reese’s move to Atlanta has been fruitful, with her averaging 10.7 points and 12.7 rebounds through three games.
The Dream will be staying at home for their next matchup, which is against the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday, May 24, 2026. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. EST.
