Olympic Medallists Anna Hopkin & Luke Greenbank Announce Engagement
Anna Hopkin and Luke Greenbank – who between them have amassed an extensive collection of silverware – have announced their engagement.
Hopkin anchored the British mixed medley relay to gold at the Tokyo Olympics where Greenbank led off the men’s medley quartet that won silver as well as claiming bronze in the individual 200m backstroke.
Hopkin announced her retirement from competition in December last year after a career in which she also claimed honours in the world long and short-course pools on top of five European titles and four Commonwealth medals.
Greenbank competed at the World Championships in Singapore where he finished eighth in the 200 back, an event in which he’s twice visited the global podium with silver in 2022 and bronze in 2019.
The pair made the announcement on social media, with Hopkin saying: Little life update…07.08.25 ❤️”
