Benjamin (5-foot-11.5, 165 pounds) is a two-way standout at Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village, California.
The talented athlete recorded 34 catches for 404 yards and two touchdowns on offense as a junior, but his efforts on defense were more impressive. Benjamin posted 45 tackles and five tackles for loss with six interceptions (three of which were returned for touchdowns) in 12 games last season.
Benjamin ranks as the No. 1 cornerback, the No. 2 player in the state and the No. 20 recruit overall in the 2026 class (On3).
Head coach Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks have pushed hard for a commitment and are currently projected to sign Benjamin, according to multiple recruiting experts from On3 and 247Sports.

However, the Ducks will have to hold off major powers like Texas and USC. Additionally, Michigan has emerged as another contender out of the Big Ten.

The Wolverines have reportedly scheduled an official visit with Benjamin that will take place over the weekend, according to On3’s Chad Simmons.
Head coach Sherrone Moore’s Michigan is surged on the recruiting trail in the 2025 cycle, landing a top-10 class. The Wolverines currently sit 17th nationally in the 2026 cycle with seven commitments to date.
Benjamin will also officially visit Texas on June 6 and is expected to schedule a trip to Oregon over the summer.
The Ducks could certainly used an addition like Benjamin after losing No. 1 EDGE Richard Wesley and missing out on No. 1 recruit Jackson Cantwell to Miami.
