That result marked the return to the win column following a second-round loss to Reinier de Ridder, which was the first defeat of Nickal’s pro career. The middleweight wrestling star has shown improvements in his game each time out.

Daukaus (17-4 MMA, 4-4 UFC) is on his second UFC stint. His first run produced a record of 2-4 with one no contest. The second run has been much better thus far, as Daukaus has scored first-round finishes of Michel Pereira and Gerald Meerschaert.
