Ryan and I are back together to talk about Purdue’s dominating performance over the Northwestern Wildcats. Okay, so it wasn’t dominating in any way. In fact, it was really terrifying and set us up to continue to be scared about where this team will go come March Madness. Ryan and I talk about the bad play of the team in the first half including the crazy number of turnovers and intercepted passes.
Then, a hero comes along in the second half. Cecil Joseph Cox played the best game of his season and did it in only one half of basketball (yes I know he also played in the first half). Purdue was saved by Cecil Joseph Cox and there are no ifs ands or buts about it. Without Cox in this one Purdue would be sitting at one more loss and staring down a 4 seed in the tournament.
