Caitlin Clark becomes fastest WNBA player to 4 career triple-doubles

The Indiana Fever stretched their winning streak to five games with a 112-98 victory over the Portland Fire on Friday night. In the process, Caitlin Clark made more WNBA history, becoming the fastest player to record four career triple-doubles.

Clark finished with 26 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds in the Friday night win to accomplish the feat.

The Hawkeye great needed only 78 games to reach this milestone, besting Sabrina Ionescu‘s mark of 89 games. Clark is also now tied with Sabrina Ionescu for the third most triple-doubles in WNBA history, trailing only Dallas Wings forward Jessica Shepard (five) and Phoenix Mercury forward Alyssa Thomas (20).
