Caitlin Clark Shares Career Update Before WNBA Season

Caitlin Clark is entering her third WNBA season with significant anticipation after a frustrating and injury-riddled 2025 campaign. The Indiana Fever star was limited to just 13 games due to a series of soft-tissue injuries that began early in the season. She first suffered a left quadriceps strain in May, followed by recurring issues that culminated in a right groin injury on July 15, which ultimately ended her season.

Even through the setbacks, Clark remained productive when available. She averaged 16.5 points, 8.8 assists, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game, earning another All-Star nod and continuing to operate as the focal point of Indiana’s offense.

After an extended recovery period, Clark gave fans a glimpse of what’s to come on the international stage. She suited up for Team USA at the FIBA Women’s World Cup qualifying tournament, where she played a key role in America’s 5-0 record and earned MVP honors.

As she prepares for another WNBA season, Clark has remained active off the court as well. The Fever guard was in Miami on Tuesday for Uber’s Game Changers event, where she spoke about innovation, leadership, and the growing influence of women’s sports. Clark engaged with fans, took part in media sessions, and continued to position herself as one of the faces of the sport beyond the hardwood.
