The 2024–25 Canucks Season At The 4 Nations Face-Off Break

After a slow start, Demko is starting to look like his old self. He has allowed five goals in his last five starts and is now 6-6-3 on the season. As for the shutout, it was Demko’s ninth of his career and first since January 22, 2024.

The 4 Nations Face-Off could not have come at a better time, as Demko left his last start with an undisclosed injury. According to Rick Tocchet, the injury happened during the Canucks 2-1 win over the Maple Leafs and is not related to the knee. At the moment, no timetable for Demko’s return is available.
