Ramirez (8-3 MMA, 0-2 UFC) is also on a two-fight skid, losing his UFC debut in March 2024 and his sophomore appearance last July. His most recent win was a first-round finish of Aireon Tavarres in December 2023.

Although Ramirez looks like he could have the power to replicate past performances by putting Hooper out, “The Fight Stalker” seems to be a do-or-die fighter who is not beyond giving away bad positions.

Should Ramirez get stuck scrambling with Hooper and expose his back, then expect “The Dream” to eventually break his foe down.
