Star guard Caitlin Clark will not be playing for the Fever on Sunday, as she continues to deal with a groin injury. The Chicago Sky also announced that notable players like All-Star forward Angel Reese, starting guard Ariel Atkins and rookie Hailey Van Lith are out as well.

This leaves Chicago with just eight available players for the game, headlined by Kamilla Cardoso, Rachel Banham and Elizabeth Williams.

Sky fans were stunned by this news. Given the fact that the Fever already have a better record and the Sky do not have several of their key players, fans stormed the replies and admitted that they were bracing for a blowout loss.
